Short Biography

Mr. Saad obtained his LL.B (Hon’s) from University of London and began practice as an advocate in 2011. He became one of the youngest members of the Islamabad District Bar Association when he obtained his practicing license at the tender age of 22. What he lacked in experience, he made up for with enthusiasm and sheer hard work which saw him rise to the position of Partner with the firm where he had started out.

A prodigy in legal circles, Saad is a lawyer who has the ability to adapt to different situations and to ably promote the interests of his clients. He has amassed a substantial litigation experience over the past 13 years.

Before founding LexCo – A Law Practice, Mr. Saad has worked at local and multinational law firms such as A.Q Law Associates, Orr Dignam & Co and Kundi & Kundi Advocates and Legal Consultants.

With a diverse & international perspective Mr. Saad provides a wide variety of solutions ranging from corporate matters to International Finance with a unique insight. Mr. Saad’s dossier also includes Tax Litigation and Consultancy, Accountability & White-Collar-Crimes.

Mr. Saad is currently representing his clients before the District and High courts of Islamabad / Rawalpindi in addition to Special Courts, Consumer Courts, Labour Courts & Tribunals for, Tax, Banking, NAB cases, Cases against public servants, Service Matters, Competition Commission and Customs cases.
